Epicuriosity 101, a new weekly food column in the SJ-R, debuted Wednesday, March 11. The first column, “Welcome to the LLCC Kitchen,” was written by Marnie Record, workforce specialist. Subsequent columns will be written by Jay Kitterman, consultant to the Culinary Institute, and Nancy Sweet, culinary operations manager.

Lorie McDonald, director, LLCC-Litchfield and Hillsboro, was featured the story, “Lorie McDonald is now director at LLCC” in the Journal-News March 9.

Lynn Whalen, executive director, PRM, was interviewed for an upcoming story in the Springfield Business Journal on nursing degrees. Photos were also taken of Professor Janice Badgett and nursing students for the story.
