Dee Tarter, LLCC-Litchfield administrative assistant, and husband Ben welcomed a new addition to their family. Sydney Elaine was born at 3:21 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11. She weighed 6 lbs., 11oz.  Big sister Hannah is happy with the new arrival. Congratulations, Dee!
