LLCC celebrates Earth Week April 21-25 – Recycle your athletic shoes and small appliances, receive a free book (faculty), take a green pledge, see displays, enjoy solar snacks, tour the bird banding station and attend the unveiling of the LEED plaque for the Workforce Careers Center!

“Tasty Tales: Stories of Adapting,” a Soup and Stories event, by a panel of LLCC International Students, will be held Tuesday, April 22, from noon to 1 p.m. in the R.H. Stephens Room.

The Student Life Office invites the public to the annual “Battle of the Bands” competition Friday, April 25. Door open at 5:30 p.m. and bands will perform from 6-10 p.m. in the Trutter Center on the Springfield campus.
