On Feb. 12, an unveiling ceremony for a new Lincoln stamp takes place at 1 p.m. at the Old State Capitol. The new stamp features an image of the Lincoln Memorial. The LLCC Choir, under the direction of Sue Hamilton, will perform during the stamp ceremony.
