Summer 2018 and fall 2018 graduates and potential spring and summer 2019 graduates are all eligible to participate in Commencement 2019 on May 17. Students will be able to purchase their cap, gown and tassel for only $25 at GradFest. GradFest will be held March 20 and 21 in A. Lincoln Commons from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. After GradFest, students can purchase cap, gown and tassel from the LLCC Bookstore — in-person or online.

Mod 3 final grades due March 18 by noon

Graduation application deadlines approaching
Please remind students, if they have not already applied for graduation, that the application deadlines are quickly approaching for the 2019 spring semester and summer session!
Regardless of whether a student wishes to take part in the commencement ceremony, prospective graduates must submit a graduation application to LLCC Student Records by the deadline for the term in which all graduation requirements will be completed.
The deadlines are as follows:
- March 1: Deadline for graduation application for prospective spring and summer graduates to be considered for awards, such as departmental honors, Outstanding Graduate, etc.
- April 15: If they choose to participate in Commencement, the deadline to be guaranteed their regalia size and inclusion in Commencement program and news release. Special orders cannot be accepted after this date; however, students are welcome to purchase gowns in stock.
- May 1: Deadline for graduation application to be considered a spring graduate
- July 15: Deadline for graduation application to be considered a summer graduate
Students can apply on WebAdvisor, download the Graduation Application or pick up a copy in Student Records (at the Springfield campus in Menard Hall, and at other LLCC locations).

Extended hours for spring enrollment
LLCC Advising, Counseling & Career Services; Placement Testing; Financial Aid; Admissions, Registration and Records; and Bookstore will all have extended hours next week: Mon.-Thurs., 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and Fri., 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. (The bookstore’s hours vary slightly: Mon.-Wed., 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m.; Thurs., 8 a.m.-6 p.m.; Fri., 8 a.m.-5 p.m.)
