Schedule:

All faculty and staff first meet in Cass Gym.

  • 8 a.m.: Coffee and pastries
  • 8:30 a.m.: Message from Dr. Warren

Departments will then dismiss to various locations to conduct planning activities regarding student-readiness.

Boxed meals will be provided at lunchtime.

Taking Stock of LLCC’s Institutional Improvement
LLCC has written two Systems Portfolios and completed two Systems Appraisals. Within successive portfolios, we must demonstrate that the institution is working systematically to improve the performance of our processes. How well are we demonstrating the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle?  What opportunities exist institution wide? Dr. Bente will help us explore these questions and more.
