Jim Dietz, LLCC head volleyball coach, recently recorded his 500th win as a college coach. Dietz reached the milestone Oct. 25 when the Loggers won a four-set victory over Illinois Valley Community College at the Parkland Tournament.

The LLCC Library donation of a collection of 133 books owned by renowned Lincoln biographer Dr. Benjamin P. LLCC also received a thumbs up from the State Journal-Register for the second week in a row — this week for the LLCC Library sharing these books with a wider audience, and last week in recognition of the $1 million grant for the Open Door – Workforce Equity Initiative.
